To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original SÉRAFINA packaging.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
