Products

We aim to display our jewelry as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color, size or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting or handmade finishing.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. SÉRAFINA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if incorrect information, pricing errors or stock issues occur.

Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.

Production Time

Selected SÉRAFINA pieces are made to order. Production time is 5–10 business days before your order is completed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping

Once production is complete, orders are shipped within 48 hours with fully tracked shipping and a Track & Trace number.

Delivery

Orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after they have been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Returns

We offer 14-day returns. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

Care

To keep your jewelry beautiful, avoid water, perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals. Store your pieces separately when not wearing them.
