Our jewelry is crafted from genuine S925 sterling silver and finished with carefully selected lab grown diamonds and/or premium moissanite stones, depending on the design.
Are your stones real?
Yes. We use lab grown diamonds and moissanite. Lab grown diamonds have the same physical and optical properties as mined diamonds, while moissanite is known for its exceptional brilliance and sparkle.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours after your piece is ready.
Is the jewelry made to order?
Yes. Selected SÉRAFINA pieces are made to order to ensure a refined finish and careful quality control before shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is around 7 days after your order has been shipped.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Track & Trace is included with every order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking details by email.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We offer 14-day returns. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging.
