Every SÉRAFINA jewelry piece is backed by our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal wear.
What's Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including faulty craftsmanship, loose settings caused by production defects, and clasp or structural failures resulting from manufacturing.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches, dents, lost stones, improper care, misuse, unauthorized repairs, normal wear, or theft.
Warranty Claims
If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support with your order number and clear photos of the item for assessment.
Repair or Replacement
If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If the original design is no longer available, an equivalent replacement may be offered.
