Made to Order

Every SÉRAFINA piece is made to order. This allows us to carefully inspect every item and maintain the highest quality standards before it leaves our atelier.

Production Time

Production takes approximately 5–10 business days. Each piece is handcrafted and undergoes quality control before shipment.

Shipping

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped within 48 hours using a fully tracked shipping service. You will receive your Track & Trace number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery

After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and local courier.
