Refund Policy

We want you to love your SÉRAFINA jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

14-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused and returned in its original packaging.

Made-to-Order Jewelry

Many SÉRAFINA pieces are handcrafted to order. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned. Personalized or custom-made products are also non-returnable unless faulty.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval, please first check with your payment provider or bank, as processing times may vary.
